How long is my Gift Certificate valid for?
All of our Gifts Certificate are valid for 12 months from the date of issue as printed on the voucher.
Can I exchange a Gift Certificate for a different shop?
Gifts Certificate, once issued for a specific shop, can not be exchanged.
Will Gifts Certificate supplied by jgiftcard.com look the same as the retailer's own branded Gifts Certificate?
Yes.
If the product I buy is for less than the value of the Gift Certificate, can I get my change in cash?
No. Merchants are not obliged to exchange Gifts Certificate, or part thereof, for cash. Individual retailers may, at their own discretion, give change from their own Gifts Certificate, credit notes or some may even choose to give small amounts of change in cash.
